Shipping & Returns
UK Delivery: Free Next Day Delivery on all sunglasses (excluding bank hoildays & weekends) via Royal Mail.
- Please allow one working day for handling and processing order before dispatching.
- Friday, Saturday or Sunday next day delivery orders will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank hoildays)
- Delivery time is between 7am-7pm.
- A signature will be required on receipt
- If you are unable to take delivery it will be taken back to a local depot and Royal Mail will leave you a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Europe Delivery: Airsure Delivery via Royal Mail (5-10 working days)
The cost of delivery varies within Europe depending on size and weight of parcel.
- We suggest you get orders delivered to a work address as your item may require a signature upon receipt.
- We cannot change th delivery address once in transit so please let us know of any changes at time of purchase
- Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be passed on to internal postal service and subject to standard delivery procedures.
Returns: Customers MUST contact our customer service team via email: online-sunglasses@bagri.co.uk within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you are returning the item because there has been an error on our part we will reimburse you for your return shipping expenses via a company cheque posted within 21 days of receipt. However if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item all shipping expenses for returning the item will be at your own expense.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items and the refund will be issued in the same method of original payment used.
To qualify for a refund of purchase price (minus 10% to cover restocking fees and excluding delivery and return costs) items must be:
1.Returned via recorded delivery in the same condition as received
2.Returned in original packaging, undamaged and all tags attached
3.Returned within 14 days of receipt
PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO YOU IF THEY ARE WORN OR NOT IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING, RETURNED OUTSIDE OF THE 14 DAY PERIOD OR NOT IN A RESALABLE CONDITION.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
All items that we are holding in stock will be despatched the following day, if we do not have the item in stock it is ordered from our suppliers and under normal circumstances will be delivered to the customer with-in 7 to 10 working days.
We have a large selection of sunglass on our site and because the styles are always changing we do not hold them all in stock. If our supplier has them in stock the order will be sent to you within a 7 to 10 working day timescale, this is the case for special order items. Please note that orders made just before Bank Holidays may appear to take longer as theses are not working days.
Virtually all Italian eyewear is sent from Italy and may take up to five working days so generally most orders are delivered within a seven working day period.
Email notification will occur with-in twenty four hours for any orders that have a delivery date of longer than the specified 7 to 10 day time frame with the opportunity to cancel with a 100% refund if the delivery time is too long.

All orders are despatched Royal Mail domestic or International 'signed for' depending on you location. A signature is required, if no one is available a card will be left and the item can be collected at the nearest Post Office sorting office.
Delivery within the EEC does not require us to fill in customs declaration and should not incur any further charges.
Please be aware you may be liable for your own countries local taxes.
